Parsons Spring Details

An oasis to many exhausted hikers, this collection of swimming holes makes the perfect pit stop for a mid-day break. You will find them scattered along the 7.4-mile Parsons Spring Trail as it meanders towards the banks of the babbling Sycamore Creek. Summer Spring is the first pool you will encounter, and it is very popular for its red cliffs and deep, blue waters. This is the easiest pool to reach, which also makes it the most crowded. You can continue along the trail and over a few rocks and boulders to find more secluded ones where you can swim in peace.
