Ullswater Information Centre Details
The Ullswater Information Centre at Glenridding is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m in the Beckside Car Park. There are plenty of informational brochures and guides on hand, as well as staff who can answer any questions and offer advice and suggestions about what to see and do in the Ullswater Valley and the rest of the Lake District. The center offers free Wi-Fi, drinks and snacks, an accommodation booking service, fishing permits, activity bookings and information on local activities, as well as road, rail and bus information. There are maps, tour books and walking guides for sale, as well as a range of souvenirs and postcards. The center also features interactive information and displays on the park.
