For those who like to take it slow, plan on stopping and camping overnight at Two Jack Lake. To pass the time, canoe or fish in the lake's calm waters after pitching your tent lakeside, or go ice skating in the winter when the lake freezes over. Also, keep an eye out for Bighorn Sheep, who like to frequent the area. If you do decide to camp at Two Jack Lake, the Main campground is open June 23 - September 4 (dates subject to change), and reservations are available during that timeframe. There are 380 camping sites found within the campground, and a maximum of two vehicles, two tents, one RV (up to eight meters or 27 feet in length) and six people are permitted on each site. Fees for Two Jack Main are $21.50/night and $8.80 for fire pit use (fees subject to change). The Two Jack Main campground also offers equipped sites for those who want to camp but may not have the gear. There are 32 equipped camping sites found within the campground, and come with a six-person tent, already set up; six sleeping pads; a stove and propane; a lantern; a broom and dustpan; a campground orientation session upon check-in; an introductory camping program on select nights; camping permit; and daily fire permit. A signed rental agreement form is required upon check-in. Fees for Two Jack Main Equipped Sites are $70/night. This campground is not accessible for those with disabilities and full-service sites are not available at this campground. The campground features flush toilets, a sanitation dump, fire pits and picnic shelters; it is not accessible for those with disabilities. Check-in time for all campgrounds is 2 p.m., and check out is 11 a.m. Note that there isn't any Internet/Wi-Fi service at the campgrounds. Camping is popular within Banff National Park, and there are plenty of camp sites from which to choose during your visit.
