Mazama Village Campground is the first campground you will come to after entering through the park's southern entrance. It is seven miles south of the caldera rim, off Munson Creek Road. With over 200 tent and RV campsites, Mazama is the park's largest campground and has the most amenities, including restrooms and potable water, coin-operated showers and laundry facilities, a dump station, fire pits, and bear canisters for food. A few of the tent sites can be reserved ahead of time by calling 1-888-774-2728 or visiting the [Crater Lake Lodges website](http://www.craterlakelodges.com/lodging/mazama-village-campground/). The rest of the campsites are first-come, first-served. Tent sites cost $22; RV sites are $31, with an add-on fee of $3.50 for every adult (18 years or older) after the first two. Most tent sites are big enough for 12-foot by 12-foot tents, and most RV sites can accommodate vehicles and trailers with a total length of up to 50 feet. There's a maximum of six people per site. Check-in is from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., and check out is at noon.
