Little Devil Stairs Details
Start your like to the Little Devil Stairs at the Keyser Run trailhead on Skyline Drive (mile 19.4). Follow the yellow-blazed fire road, staying straight through an intersection and continuing on the fire road when it intersects the Hull School Trail. Near this trail intersection you'll pass the remnants of an old cemetery. The fire road will lead you to a parking lot right on the park boundary, which is where you will pick up the Little Devil Stairs Trail. It can be tricky to stay exactly on the marked path, but you'll be ascending through a gorge so just look for the blue blazes and keep climbing. Follow the trail back to the Keyser Run Fire Road, and turn right to return to your starting point. An alternative is to hike this trail from the parking lot at the intersection of the Little Devil Stairs Trail and the Keyser Run Fire Road.
