Wetmore Bridle Trail Details
This charming bridle trail weaves in and out of an area drained by Dickerson Run, and features a number of small, fast moving creeks crossed by small bridges. Even on higher ground the path tends to remain very muddy, but the tulip trees, aspen, and other moisture-loving flora that inhabit the area greatly improve the scenery. The typically sunny meadows that lace the trail are often filled with wildflowers, butterflies, and grasshoppers, and although it lacks any major vistas, the trail promises solitude and a glimpse of undisturbed Ohio forest.
