This is ideal for solo travelers or those utilizing the park's entry for specific trails or areas without using a private vehicle. Annual Passes: Capitol Reef Annual Pass: This pass offers unlimited access to Capitol Reef National Park for one year from the month of purchase. The price for this pass is typically around $35-$50, providing an excellent value for those planning multiple visits to Capitol Reef within a year. America the Beautiful - The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass: Priced at $80, this pass covers entrance fees for the holder and accompanying passengers in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle at National Park Service and other federal agency fee areas. It also covers the pass holder and three adults where per person fees are charged. This is the most comprehensive pass for frequent visitors to federal lands across the country. Special Passes: Annual 4th Grade Pass: Free for U.S. fourth graders, granting access to national parks and federal recreational lands for the duration of the school year through the following summer. Annual Pass for U.S. Military: Free for current U.S. military members and their dependents, offering access to national parks and federal recreational lands. Lifetime Senior Pass: For U.S. citizens or permanent residents aged 62 or older, available for $80, offering lifetime access. There is also an annual senior pass option available for $20, which can be applied to the purchase of a lifetime pass.
