Ranger Led Programs

The Mount Rainier ranger staff offers a variety of free programs, from informal talks to campfire programs, to kid-specific activities. Topics vary, but can include geology, wildlife, ecology, mountaineering and park history. Most ranger programs occur between late June and Labor Day, although there are guided snowshoe walks - weather permitting - during the winter.
