Activities

Visiting birders can take advantage of both a spring and fall migration, when hundreds of species pass through the park. The first warblers reach the valley in mid-April, and the fall migration is underway by early August. Prime birding spots include Saratoga Spring, Furnace Creek Ranch, Scotty's Castle, Wildrose, and the Panamint Range.
