Oasis Visitor Center Details

The Oasis Visitor Center serves the Oasis of Mara area of Joshua Tree National Park and is located on National Park Drive in Twentynine Palms, Calif. This is actually considered the main visitor center for the park, and is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Facilities include a bookstore operated by the Joshua Tree National Park Association, restrooms, picnic tables, and a drinking water station. There also are exhibits about the oasis. The Oasis Visitor Center also has an accessible sidewalk and vegetation garden area, an accessibility desk for information, and low exhibit displays.
