Exploring Canyonlands by kayak, canoe or paddle boat are a fun and cool way to see the park. Both the Green and Colorado Rivers are excellent playgrounds for your Canyonlands adventure with varying levels of flat and turbulent water and ever changing water levels. However, river trips require experience and training so you may opt to travel with an authorized outfitter listed [here](http://www.nps.gov/cany/planyourvisit/guidedtrips.htm). Don't forget to register for an overnight permit if sleeping within park boundaries.
