Providing access to two remote trout ponds near the western boundary of the park, the trail begins on the Kidney Pond Loop Trail, .3 miles from the Kidney Pond Campground. At the junction the trail leads directly west. At 1.2 miles the trail reaches a canoe landing on the north shore of Celia Pond. After crossing a low ridge, the trail ends at a canoe landing on the east shore of Jackson Pond.
