The Highlands Center is built on a portion of the former North Truro Air Force Center, and the oceanfront site has been redeveloped as a center for the arts, education, and scientific research. In addition to catching an occasional cultural event or performance, you can check out the trio of Donald Gerola steel sculptures at the center or enjoy the ocean views on the cliffside Woods Walk trail.
