Sunset Campground Details
Just a mile and a half from the park visitor center, Sunset Campground is just west of the beautiful Sunset Point overlook and its trailheads, and has 100 campsites in three loops. Twenty of these are tent sites, while the rest are RV/tent sites. There's also a single group campsite, and there are two handicapped-accessible sites. Rates are $20 for tent sites and $30 for RVs. The group campsite, one of the handicapped sites, and 20 of the tent sites can be reserved in advance at certain times of the year; otherwise, sites are first-come, first-served. Reservations are accepted for stays between early May and late September: reservations are taken beginning in late March. The campground is closed in the winter. Sunset Campground has restrooms with flush toilets and drinking water but no sewer, water, or electrical hookups for RVs. A dump station and potable water can be found at North Campground. To make reservations, call (877) 444-6777, visit [www.recreation.gov](http://www.recreation.gov) or write to Bryce Canyon National Park, PO Box 640201, Bryce, UT 84764, Attention: Campground Supervisor.
