Sequoia Free Shuttle

To get to (and around) Sequoia sans car, hop on the Sequoia Shuttle. You can ride the shuttle from Visalia and Three Rivers to Sequoias Giant Forest, or take the Big Trees Shuttle from Fresno or Sanger to Grant Grove. Shuttles run daily from May to September and cost $15 per person, including the park entrance fee. Once you arrive at the parks you can transfer to free, in-park shuttles that stop at visitor centers, lodges, campgrounds, and other park attractions in each area. There are four separate routes, and all buses are wheelchair accessible: - Giant Forest (Route 1/Green): This shuttle arrives runs every 15 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., starting at the Lodgepole Visitor Center and Campground. It visits the General Sherman Tree and the Giant Forest Museum. - Moro Rock/Crescent Meadow (Route 2/Gray): Shuttles travel this 15-minute loop from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., stopping at the Giant Forest Museum, Moro Rock (outbound), and Crescent Meadow. On weekends and holidays, the shuttle also stops at Auto Log and Tunnel Log. - Lodgepole/Wuksachi (Route 3/Purple): Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., running between the Lodgepole Visitor Center and Campground and the Wuksachi Lodge and Restaurant. - General Sherman Tree Trails (Route 4/Orange): Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., going to the General Sherman Tree (both the main and wheelchair-accessible trails).
