Basic Information

For dining options in Bryce Canyon National Park, you have several choices that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences: The Lodge at Bryce Canyon offers a seasonal dining room open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing a mix of buffet and a la carte options. The Lodge typically operates from late March to early November, with services resuming in spring 2024. The General Store, located near Sunrise Point and North Campground, serves grab-and-go hot and cold foods, including pizza, soup, ice cream, and sandwiches. It also offers beverages and camping supplies. The General Store usually closes between January and March, with the last day of operations for the 2023 season being October 31, and services will resume in spring 2024. Valhalla Pizzeria & Coffee Shop, situated adjacent to the Lodge, provides pizza, salads, beer, wine, pastries, coffee, and espresso drinks. It's typically closed from October to May, with operations for 2023 ending on October 31 and resuming in spring 2024. Outside the park, Ruby's Inn offers a Western buffet with a salad bar and entrée items like ribs and steaks, along with a bar and grill featuring live music. For country-style food and excellent pies for dessert, Bryce Canyon Pines resort is a good choice along UT-12. For shopping, while the General Store and a gift shop in the park's Visitor Center are available, more extensive shopping options are found outside the park in Bryce Canyon City, including a large gift shop at Ruby's Inn and the Red Canyon Indian Store.
