Bearpaw Lake Details

This easy-to-moderate trail takes hikers past String Lake, Leigh Lake and to smaller lakes and the different views of Mount Moran. Near the lake is a backcountry campsite (permit required). Bearpaw Lake tends to be a less popular hiking destination than some other of the park's lakes, making it a good choice for a peaceful hike on a busy summer day. The hike begins at the Leigh Lake Trailhead.
