The Wild Gardens of Acadia Details
A variety of Park habitats, from mountain summits to fresh meadows and shoreline to bogs, are re-created here with the native plants of Acadia. A living field guide, the plants are labeled and serve as an outstanding educational resource to familiarize visitors with the native vegetation. The garden is operated by the Bar Harbor Garden Club in conjunction with Acadia National Park. Free. Open dawn to dusk.
