Oregon Creek Day Use Area Details

This area is one of the best swimming holes along the Yuba River. It is located near Camptonville and features shady forested banks, large sunbathing-friendly rocks, and even a waterfall. There are also several sandy beaches along the water where you can lay out a towel or rest in-between swim breaks. The granite rocks also create little mini Jacuzzis, so you can enjoy a refreshing soak away from the beaches if they get too crowded. One spot also has a rope swing, perfect for those wanting to make a big splash in the deep depths of the river.
