Lake Anza Details

This freshwater swimming hole in Tilden Regional Park has everything you need for a fun day out. There are two different swim areas, a 210-foot beach, picnic tables, bathrooms, and a snack bar. There is also a lifeguard, which makes this a safe and family-friendly place to go swimming. The lake is only open from May to September, and the weekend can get quite congested with crowds. However, if you come early enough in the day, you will have no problem finding a secluded spot to lay out your towel.
