West Cliff Drive Details

This winding 3-mile bike and walking trail feature one of the best views of the Santa Cruz coast. It extends from Natural Bridges State Beach all the way to the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. Cycling along West Cliff Drive, make sure to peer at the ocean now and then to see if you can spot any dolphins or whales swimming offshore. Approximately halfway through the trail sits Lighthouse Point, which overlooks the popular Steamers Lane surf break. It is also worth popping into the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum, which is located inside the lighthouse itself.
