Traveling through two counties and a dozen different cities, this expansive 32-mile trail is a fun and scenic ride through suburban and urban communities. Starting in Concord, you will make your way past Walnut Creek, Danville, and Dublin, winding past industrial parks, residential neighborhoods, and city parks before ending up in Pleasanton. However, some parts of the trail have remained un-gentrified, especially on the northern part of the trail. There are lush greenbelts and dense marshlands that are wild habitats for migrating birds.
