Starting in the north at Bolsa Chica State Beach, you will head south through Huntington State Beach, a popular destination for swimmers, sunbathers, and surfers. This section becomes quite busy, so be prepared to dodge the crowds and joggers on the way. The ending point is at the southern part of the beach. From here, you can turn back or connect to the Santa Ana River Trail that runs inland for another 50 miles.
