This short but scenic ride along Big Bear Lake is a great outing for all types of cyclists. The path is smoothly paved asphalt, which is relatively flat the entire 5-mile trail (except for two small inclines) as it winds along the shores of the lake. Keep an eye out for bald eagles you can usually see them in the winter and early spring.
