Will Rogers State Beach Details

This 1.75-mile beach on Santa Monica Bay is one of the most recognizable beaches in Southern California. It is been featured in numerous movies and TV shows and was even named after famed actor Will Rogers himself. Like most beaches in the area, this one is popular with swimmers and sunbathers. However, it also features volleyball courts, gymnastic equipment, and parts of a nearly 20-mile bike path that snakes along the coast. Its central location right off the Pacific Coast Highway means it is quite busy most days of the year, but especially on weekends.
