Pigeon Point Light Station State Historic Park Details

This park is home to the tallest lighthouse on the west coast. Pigeon Point Lighthouse was built in 1871 and is still used by the Coast Guard to this day. Its impressive 115-foot tower is reminiscent of lighthouses built on the east coast, specifically in New England, which makes it a unique sight to see in Northern California.
