Boulder Beach State Park Details

Nestled on the eastern side of Lake Groton is this well-maintained park and beach. Most visitors come for a day of sand and sun as there is plenty of room to lay out your towel on the 200-foot white-sand shoreline. There is also a boat rental shop where you can hire canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats to explore the 423-acre lake. With over 75 shaded picnic sites, this park is also a great location for a party or BBQ. Large groups can also rent the 100-seat picnic pavilion, which has peek-a-boo views of the water.
