You do not have to squint hard to see how this boulder got its name. Standing 10-feet high in the middle of the Frances Hildreth Towne Memorial Forest is this boulder, which from a certain angle, looks exactly like a frog (bulging eyes and all!). Although it was once a popular tourist attraction in the 1800s, this natural wonder does not get the same attention as it once did. In fact, there are not even signs in the forest that lead to its location. You can find the frog waiting by heading into the forest, taking a right at the fork 1/4 of a mile in.
