Quincy Bog Details

There are a lot of different bird species to see in this 45-acre natural bog. As you traverse the open meadows and over the wooden boardwalks, you will see a wide array of wildlife. Over 100 different birds have been seen in the bog, including cuckoos, flycatchers, swallows, chickadees, warblers, and sparrows. However, birds are not the only creatures living in the preserve. Beavers, turtles, and moose can also be seen (generally at dusk or dawn).
