Smarts Brook Details
This swimming hole is so secluded that even most locals are unaware of its existence! Walk along a tree-covered trail next to a small, winding creek for a little over a mile, and you will come to a clearing. Here, you will find a small waterfall and crystal clear swimming pool where you can have a relaxing swim in the middle of nature. Some parts of the pool are shallow and safe for children, while other parts are very deep and great for jumping, diving, or swimming off the attached rope swing. The area is generally quiet, but if it does get too busy on the weekends, then you can walk further upstream to find a more peaceful place to soak your feet.
