Then head east along the asphalt-paved trail through the canopied woods until you reach Belmont. The entire trail is only 1.8-miles long, so you will have plenty of time to head back so you can spend the rest of the afternoon swimming or hang out by the lake. And take a few moments to admire views as you approach the shore they are nothing short of breathtaking.
