Although it is not the most challenging of hikes in Crawford Notch State Park, this 1-mile journey is still a worthwhile hike. That is because you’ll get to see a stunning 100-foot waterfall. It cascades over a tilted rock slide that sits at a 60-degree angle, which makes it one of the steepest-angled waterfalls on the east coast. The trail is well-maintained and only has a few steep sections as you approach the falls. However, it is a fun and scenic hike that can be accomplished in just over an hour.
