Wildcat Creek Sliding Rock Details

This peaceful creek in the middle of the Chattahoochee National Forest provides the perfect setting for a refreshing dip. There is even a large rock in the middle of the stream, which you can slide down (make sure to bring an inner tube and water shoes). Most of the people here are just campers, so it is considerably less busy compared to other places in the park. The waters can be quite chilly (after all you are in the middle of the North Georgia Mountains), but it is a blessing on a hot day.
