Despite its small size, this beach happens to be one of the busiest during the summer season. Besides sunbathing and swimming, you can also go kayaking, sailing, and standup paddleboarding right from the shore (there is a rental shop nearby). Or you can go for a nice walk along the pier for scenic views over the water. If you are traveling with kids, then you can rest easy knowing there is a lifeguard on duty. Or you can take advantage of the interactive spray-ground, a family-friendly area with slides, swings, and water play pieces. Tickets to visit the beach during the summer must be purchased in advance. There are also certain hours where it is only open to season pass holders, so it is crucial to check the calendar before heading out for the day.
