It is an easy 4.5-mile walk with just a few small inclines through the forest. It is not too difficult unless it is been raining, therefore making the loose stones and rocks somewhat slippery. The views over the Mississippi River are nothing short of breathtaking, although you should take extra precautions when looking down over the lookout points.
