Waterfall Glen Trail

Situated in the heart of DuPage County is this 2,492-acre forest preserve. To make the most of your time in such a sprawling area, you can take the main trail that leads around the park towards series of small waterfalls. It is wide, paved, and perfect for spotting native wildlife. Because of its distance to Chicago, this trail can be especially busy on weekends. Most people visit to make the 9.5-mile trek to the falls, so if you are looking for a quieter spot, we recommend one of the other unmarked trailheads that stem from the main path.
