Coming in from Indianapolis, you will first encounter the bustling towns of Frankfort and Joliet, before heading north to visit Aurora, Batavia, and Geneva. From there, you will be a beeline west as you parallel I-88 a few more century-old small-towns including DeKalb, Rochelle, and Franklin Grove.
