Lizard Lake Details

Nestled near the border of the White River National Forest is this placid lake. The journey here requires a high clearance vehicle, which makes it one of the lesser-visited spots in the area, despite having unparalleled views of Whitehouse, Sheep, and Hat Mountain. If you do manage to make the trek, then you might get the chance to see a couple of amphibious creatures that live in the area. The lake is teeming with salamanders (and not lizards like its name implies).
