This playful swimming hole near Payson is a fun place to spend a day out in nature. Here, you will find a waterfall that trickles down a tiered rock formation until it collects into a glistening green pool at the base of the canyon. To the left is a long staircase that you can climb to reach the top of the falls. In order to reach the falls, you will need to embark on a short 1.6-mile hike through the canyons. All you have to do is follow the mellow stream that leads you from the parking lot to the pools.
