Half paved half gravel, this multi-use path is a great option for cyclists, runners, and even horseback riders. It stretches for 18-miles along the historic Consolidated Canal between neighborhoods, parks, and farms all the way from Mesa to Chandler. The section that runs through Chandler is called the Paseo Trail, while the part that heads into Mesa is referred to as the Heritage Trail. Keep those different names in mind while your cycling through the cities in order to get your bearings of the land.
