Boasting some of the best views of Red Rock Country, this trail is one of the most scenic drives through Arizona. It is only 6.5 miles long, although you could easily spend the better part of a day here, stopping for pictures and soaking in the dramatic canyon views. You will find this road along the southern part of Mogollon Rim near the fault of the Colorado Plateau. The route is part of Highway 89A, which crosses through the Verde River Valley from Sedona. You will know when you arrive it's hard to miss the crimson canyons and lush, green forests of evergreen trees of this unspoiled desert landscape.
