Soldier Pass Trail Details

This moderate-level hike is great for outdoor enthusiasts who want to explore caves, canyons, and rock formations around Sedona. Considering how many natural attractions there are along the way, it might be hard to focus on the path in front of you. You will pass by Devil’s Sinkhole (a 150-foot wide dissolving crater), the Seven Sacred Pools, and the iconic Soldiers Pass Cave. You could climb inside and take some pretty outstanding photos if you brought your camera. The entire trail is 4.5-miles and should take around 3 hours to complete. Although it is not too strenuous, some sections will require you to climb over them.
