Rockport Beach

This is Texas first and only Blue Wave Beach, which means it is protected and monitored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for health and cleanliness. As a result of these strict safety measurements, visitors can enjoy litter-free coastlines and bacteria-free waters that meet the high standards put in place by the government. Popular with both locals and tourists, this beach has plenty to offer in terms of fun outdoor activities. Kids can enjoy the playgrounds and saltwater lagoons, while adults can spend the day fishing off the piers or picnicking under a private cabana. There is also a water ski loop, volleyball courts, and several walking trails.
