If you are wandering along the coastline of Corpus Christi, it is hard to miss this centrally located beach next to Harbor Bridge. It features 1.5-miles of white sand beaches and a concrete boardwalk where you can go running or cycling. There is even a fishing jetty in case you want to try your luck catching dinner (although if you come up empty-handed, you can always grab a seafood dinner at one of the beachside restaurants). The only downside is that the waters are teeming with jellyfish, so swimmers and surfers should look elsewhere if they want to go in the water. On the southern side of the beach sits two of the citys most beloved attractions the Texas State Aquarium and the WWII aircraft carrier, USS Lexington. But for the most breathtaking view of the beach, head to Fajitaville for a spin on the Ferris wheel.
