Hamilton Pool Preserve Details
This is easily one of the most unique places to swim in the entire state of Texas! A short hike leads you to a limestone rock cave that cradles a sparkling blue pool of water. Small streams of cascading water flow off the rock into the pool, creating a waterfall effect that is nothing short of stunning to look at. There is a small beach on one side of the rock, which is usually crowded with families and sunbathers. Because this is one of the more popular places to swim, it is recommended that you come early in order to claim your spot on the sand.
