Winding Woodland Trail Details

This 1.5 miles out and back trail is a narrow trek through the oak and cedar forests of Buescher State Park. During the first part of the trail, you will find interpretive signs that shed light on some of the local flora that grows in the area. You will cross over a few creeks along the way, which makes for a refreshing break where you can escape the heat of the Texan sun. If you are up for a longer journey, then you can venture down the connecting Pine Gulch Loops, which is located directly at the end of the trail.
