This wide, smoothly paved, 8.4-mile trail snakes along the banks of White Rock Creek from W Lawther Drive to Valley View Park. The southern part of the trail is incredibly scenic, with grassy fields and tree-lined woods stretching as far as the eye can see. It is also where you will find White Rock Lake, a beautiful reservoir popular with kayakers, paddleboarders, and even sailors. Once you emerge from the park, you will be surrounded by charming homes and suburban neighborhoods, with a few shops and restaurants where you can stop for a quick bite to eat. There are also a few other city parks nearby, including Anderson Bonner Park and Orbiter, and Harry Moss Park.
