As one of the most connected trails in all of San Antonio, this cycling path takes you to some of the best sites and attractions in the city. It meanders for 18 miles along the banks of Leon Creek past lush, green parks and wooded trailheads and offers cycles the chance to see an abundance of birds and animals that live in the area. There are several parks that are located right off the trail, so you will have plenty of opportunities to stop for a lunch or water break. O.P Schnabel Park, Rodriguez County Park, Levi Strauss Park, and Pearsall Park are just a few places where you can rest along the way. The trail connects to the Salado Creek Greenway for a longer ride, which includes another 19 miles of paved trails.
