Split into two district paths, this cycling trail has 13-miles of wide paved road that is perfect for people of all skill levels. The north section is 7 miles and starts at Valley Ranch community. It winds along the Trinity River to Irving’s business district, so you will likely see many people commuting to and from work. The south section also travels along the river but offers a more rural setting. It starts at Trinity View Park and heads to Twin Wells Park and the Mountain Creek Preserve. Over the next few years, both these trails will be connected, which will allow cyclists to ride from Irving to other cities in the area, including Grand Prairie, Coppell, Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas.
