Arbor Hills Trail Details

Despite just being 20 miles from the downtown center of Dallas, this trail feels completely tucked away from the bustle of city life. It’s winds for three miles through wooded forests and nature preserves. While the ride itself is relatively short, there are several places where you can stop to go hiking or mountain biking. The trail can be relatively busy during the weekend, and you will likely be sharing the road with walkers and joggers. However, the path itself is nicely paved, which means it is suitable for families and inexperienced cyclers. Just make sure to keep an eye out for the wildlife (bobcats are often spotted roaming through the park).
